Position Overview
We are hiring a Manager to oversee daily operations, lead production teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth running of the entire business process — from design and production to sales and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the furniture production and sales teams.
- Oversee planning, design, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery processes.
- Manage client orders, ensuring timely completion and high satisfaction.
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials and maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor budget, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Report directly to company leadership and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Design, Furniture Production, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of furniture design, woodworking techniques, and production processes.
- Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and (ideally) other relevant software.
