Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Marketing professional to support and execute branding, digital marketing, and on-ground marketing activities. The role requires a hands-on individual who can manage campaigns, promote the brand, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves executing marketing strategies and supporting brand growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Manage and grow social media platforms (content, posting, engagement)
- Support branding activities and ensure consistent brand image
- Conduct ground marketing activities (events, field promotions, partnerships)
- Create basic marketing content (captions, visuals, ideas)
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Strong communication and creativity skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
