About the Job
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities/Public Relations
- Develop marketing plans unique to particular products and/or services.
- Prepare objectives and tasks for each marketing plan and communicate these with team members.
- Perform market research on target audiences to determine the best ways to reach customers and develop lasting relationships.
- Participate in personal relations related to the product or service being marketed.
- Complete marketing analytics to determine how a marketing campaign is performing.
- Ensure marketing materials are being efficiently distributed to the target audience.
- Create and build awareness of the organization or client's brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.
Qualification
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven 3 years’ experience as Advertising Agency, Marketing executive in hotel or similar organization.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills both English & Amharic
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Proficient in MS Office, Power point and other excel programs.
