Job Summary
The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead the company’s commercial strategy, strengthen brand visibility, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional with strong agricultural market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable farming solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote organic liquid fertilizer products.
- Identify new markets, potential distributors, and business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, commercial farms, agri-dealers, NGOs, and government institutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and pricing.
- Organize product demonstrations, field days, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Oversee digital marketing activities—social media, website content, and online campaigns.
- Manage customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing; experience in agriculture, fertilizer, or agro-inputs industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, especially crop production and fertilizer markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve commercial targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
