Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to support both B2B and B2C growth efforts. The role involves promoting service offerings, handling sales activities, and managing marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase revenue. The candidate should understand service-based businesses and be able to work with both corporate clients and direct consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, including handling RFPs and contract negotiations
- Improve the consumer sales process to increase conversions and customer retention
- Prepare and implement annual sales plans and budgets, and provide regular reports on sales performance and KPIs
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels for different target audiences
- Develop sales materials, case studies, and social media content
- Supervise and support sales and marketing team members
- Maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot for lead tracking and customer follow-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales within the service industry, such as SaaS, professional services, hospitality, or logistics
- Experience handling both B2B and B2C sales environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present services to both executives and individual customers
- Ability to start work within one week
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, ROI tracking, and sales forecasting
