Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for owning brand growth, campaign strategy, and marketing performance for Netib Partners and its clients. This role architects campaigns, manages marketing accounts, sets editorial direction, and leads content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategy
  • Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and growth priorities
  • Own the editorial and content direction across all channels
  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing and campaign strategies

Campaigns & Growth

  • Design, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (organic, paid, and lifecycle)
  • Own audience growth, lead generation, and conversion initiatives
  • Plan and oversee paid media strategy (testing, targeting, budgeting, optimization)
  • Build and refine marketing funnels and performance experiments

Team & Execution Oversight

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Content Creator(s)
  • Review and approve content to ensure brand consistency and quality
  • Set priorities, timelines, and workflows for content production
  • Scale the marketing and content team as workload and impact grow

Channel & Account Management

  • Own and manage brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and future platforms
  • Oversee publishing schedules and community management standards
  • Ensure consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints

Performance & Reporting

  • Track campaign, content, and growth performance
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing brand, business, or client-facing marketing accounts
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, trends, and content mechanics
  • Hands-on experience with paid social advertising and performance marketing
  • Solid grasp of growth marketing principles (funnels, testing, analytics, optimization)
  • Experience working with content, design, and scheduling tools (Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
  • Strong communication and emerging leadership skills
  • Comfortable working from the office and collaborating closely with a growing team
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and clear ambition to grow
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to prove impact
