Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, We are looking for a motivated and committed Marketer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate is active, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges. She will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and supporting marketing activities to promote our property management and building administration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and local partners.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and reports.
- Collaborate with management to support company growth and visibility.
- Participate actively in marketing campaigns and on-site promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Prior experience in property management or building administration is highly preferable.
- Must be active, committed, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates living around Bulbula are highly preferable.
