Job Summary:
On behalf of our client we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to handle the company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and services. Candidates with experience in the advertising industry will be given priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing process from requisition to delivery.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Prior experience in an advertising or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and market trends.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic procurement systems.
