Position Summary
We are looking for fresh graduate Mechanical Engineers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated graduates to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge surveying technology and remote engineering solutions for the oil & gas, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in conducting and analyzing engineering surveys.
- Support in data collection, processing, and generation of accurate as-built documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of remote engineering solutions and digital twin models.
- Participate in equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance for onsite and remote surveys.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain strict data security and confidentiality as per company protocols.
- Learn and apply the latest industry technologies and software tools provided by Noveltech Surveys.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates).
- Strong academic foundation in mechanical systems, maintenance, and installation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools or 3D modeling software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team environment with high attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to innovative workflows.
