Job Summary:
The Merchant Service Support and Follow-Up Manager is responsible for ensuring effective onboarding, providing continuous support, performance monitoring, and retention of merchants, ensuring merchants receive reliable, timely, and high-quality payment services.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in merchant services, customer support, or operations
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment services
