Job Summary:
The Messenger is responsible for handling and delivering official documents, files, and materials within and outside the organization in a timely and secure manner. The role also supports administrative activities and ensures efficient communication and document flow between departments and external institutions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Level IV in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields.
- COC Certificate is required.
Experience:
- 0 years of experience required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect official documents, letters, and packages.
- Support internal and external communication activities.
- Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of documents.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched and received documents.
- Assist in administrative and office support activities when required.
- Coordinate with different departments and external organizations.
- Perform banking, postal, and other official errands as assigned.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliveries.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Interest Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional banking environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
