Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates within the required timeframe across various roles.
- Build and maintain a database of candidates and actively expand a professional network.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Assist with negotiating terms between candidates and employers to ensure successful placements.
- Provide basic professional guidance to clients on recruitment processes and market trends.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks for candidates.
- Utilize recruitment software and technology to manage workflows and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Teaching, Sociology or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Having a growing professional network and know-how in building personal candidate databases.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
