The ideal candidate should be skilled at identifying talent within deadlines, leveraging professional networks, and maintaining an organized database of potential candidates. The role also involves collaborating with client employers, providing professional guidance, and supporting their recruitment needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates within the required timeframe across various roles.
  • Build and maintain a database of candidates and actively expand a professional network.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
  • Assist with negotiating terms between candidates and employers to ensure successful placements.
  • Provide basic professional guidance to clients on recruitment processes and market trends.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks for candidates.
  • Utilize recruitment software and technology to manage workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Teaching, Sociology or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
  • Having a growing professional network and know-how in building personal candidate databases.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
