We are currently diving into the construction input manufacturing sector. Our team is at the heart of our success, and we are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Summary
BlackRock Builders Plc is seeking a qualified and experienced Office Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Project coordination
- Technical documentation
- Providing support between the site and the head office
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate between project sites, consultants, and management.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project-related documents such as drawings, progress reports, and work schedules.
- Assist in project planning, cost tracking, and progress monitoring.
- Provide technical support to project teams and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Review subcontractor and supplier submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Support project managers in controlling project timelines and budgets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office engineering or project coordination roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
