Job Summary

BlackRock Builders Plc is seeking a qualified and experienced Office Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Project coordination
• Technical documentation
• Providing support between the site and the head office

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate between project sites, consultants, and management.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project-related documents such as drawings, progress reports, and work schedules.
• Assist in project planning, cost tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Provide technical support to project teams and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Review subcontractor and supplier submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Support project managers in controlling project timelines and budgets.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office engineering or project coordination roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
