Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Officer with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Single Window applications and international trade procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and submit import and export documentation in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Handle Single Window system applications for customs clearance and trade facilitation.
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with trade laws, tariffs, and customs requirements.
- Monitor shipments and resolve clearance or documentation issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to import/export activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Import/Export Officer or in a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Strong working knowledge of Single Window applications and customs systems.
- Good understanding of import/export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant trade software.

- Experience working with government trade platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
