Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Porters to assist passengers and ensure smooth luggage handling within the airport. The ideal candidate should have a friendly attitude, be physically fit, and ready to provide excellent customer service to travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with luggage during arrival and departure.
- Transport baggage between terminals, check-in counters, and arrival halls.
- Help elderly, disabled, or special-needs passengers as required.
- Handle lost-and-found baggage inquiries courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in baggage handling areas.
- Follow airport safety and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Completed 12 /Diploma/or Above in any field of study.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (experience in hospitality or transport is a plus).
- No specific educational background required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy luggage safely.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-presented.
Note: Eligible applicants must bring renewed Addis Ababa kebele Id.
