Office Engineer

Job Summary:

Procon Construction PLC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support project documentation, cost control, and technical coordination. The role focuses on bill of quantity preparation, payment follow-up, tender documentation, cost breakdown, and technical drawings.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantity (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications
• Prepare payment certificates, progress reports, and cost follow-ups
• Participate in tender preparation, including quantity take-offs and bid documents
• Develop cost breakdowns and material estimates for construction projects
• Prepare and review drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Support project engineers with technical documentation and reporting
• Maintain accurate project records, measurements, and contractual documents
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors as required
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an Office Engineer
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, payment certification, and tender documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Good understanding of cost estimation and cost control
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
