Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Office Receptionist & Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain office files and records
• Prepare reports, letters, and documents
• Handle basic office supplies and inventory
• Support management with administrative tasks
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, documents)
• Ensure confidentiality of company information

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or related field
• minimum 5 years' experience as a receptionist & secretary
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
