Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Office Receptionist & Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office files and records
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents
- Handle basic office supplies and inventory
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, documents)
- Ensure confidentiality of company information
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or related field
- minimum 5 years' experience as a receptionist & secretary
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
