Job Summary
The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting potential clients, promoting the company’s IT services, and closing project deals. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in meeting clients, and the ability to achieve sales targets. The position offers attractive commission for every project successfully secured.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in different sectors.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present and explain Rotech’s IT services and solutions.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 6 month and above experience in outdoor or field sales.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Addis Ababa for client visits.
