• We need an Operations Coordinator who’s a natural leader.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee Daily Operations: You’ll fully take charge of the day-to-day, managing people, resources, and processes to keep things running smoothly.
• Systematize and Improve: Identify inefficiencies, fix broken processes, and ensure we have scalable systems to meet our growth targets.
• Keep Everyone Accountable: Create a culture of accountability and high performance by setting clear expectations and holding the team to them.
• Provide Leadership: Be the leader that others can rely on.
• You’ll set the tone, enforce standards, and make sure things are moving forward with intention and discipline.
• Scale with Us: As we grow, you’ll be responsible for making sure that systems and operations can scale with us.
