Job Summary:
The Principal Risk Management Officer is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing organizational risks to ensure effective risk control and regulatory compliance. The role involves supporting risk management frameworks, conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and ensuring the organization maintains strong operational and financial risk management practices.
Job Requirements:
Education:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years as Senior Risk Management Officer.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and assess operational and financial risks.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
