Job Summary
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. You will drive product strategy, analyze market trends, and prioritize features based on business impact. This role is ideal for intermediate to senior professionals with experience in product lifecycle management and Agile frameworks.
Qualification
- You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
- You excel at translating business needs into product requirements and working with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience working in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
Required Skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong knowledge of product backlog management and roadmaps.
- Ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
