On behalf of our client, a well-established company, we are seeking a Product Sales Representative specializing in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services to hotels, restaurants, catering services, and hospitals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth – Actively seek out and engage new and existing customers to promote and sell products and services in the hospitality sector.
  • Market Analysis – Identify market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and gather market insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Demonstration – Present, promote, and demonstrate products and services, highlighting their benefits and applications to clients.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets – Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Handle Customer Issues – Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting – Provide detailed sales reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual) on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales execution.
  • Training and Support – Provide product training and support to clients, including product demonstrations and technical assistance.
  • Self-Improvement – Regularly evaluate personal performance and implement strategies for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

✔️ Skills:

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

✔️ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, catering, etc.) is a plus.
