Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee daily on-air activities across all channels to ensure smooth transmission and broadcast continuity.
- Create and manage daily broadcast schedules, including TV programs, shows, advertisements, and station breaks.
- Coordinate last-minute schedule changes and emergency program adjustments.
- Ensure all scheduled content complies with broadcast timing and technical requirements.
- Upload, organize, and share large video files through designated platforms.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of aired content for auditing purposes.
- Perform regular quality checks on playlists and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with technical staff and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Production departments to meet deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings to align operations with strategic objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 0 years experience
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with broadcast scheduling software.
- Basic understanding of networking and media file formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
