Project Manager

About the Job

At GeezJobs, we are looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, coordinate teams, and confidently engage with external partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate and supervise team members to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with partners, stakeholders, and potential funders
• Prepare project plans, reports, and updates
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions
• Represent the organization in meetings and discussions
• Take initiative in driving projects independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or related field
• 2+ years related with Employment Projects (highly preferable)
• Exposure to NGO, volunteer, or project based work
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of project planning and reporting
