About the Job
At GeezJobs, we are looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, coordinate teams, and confidently engage with external partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate and supervise team members to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with partners, stakeholders, and potential funders
- Prepare project plans, reports, and updates
- Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions
- Represent the organization in meetings and discussions
- Take initiative in driving projects independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or related field
- 2+ years related with Employment Projects (highly preferable)
- Exposure to NGO, volunteer, or project based work
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of project planning and reporting
