Job Requirement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related fields of study. Master’s Degree or PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction of all real estate development projects.
- Align project execution with company strategy and investment objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on design, construction, and project delivery.
- Establish technical standards, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets in consultation with the CEO.
- Oversee allocation and utilization of technical resources across multiple projects.
- Ensure optimal utilization of engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Provide oversight of procurement activities to align with timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Ensure proper planning, control, and utilization of construction materials and equipment.
- Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules to avoid delays.
- Oversee proper storage, handling, and security of materials to minimize loss and damage.
- Coordinate with Store, Procurement, and Project teams to optimize material flow and usage.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of direct reporting staff.
- Oversee architectural and engineering design processes.
- Approve drawings, specifications, and BOQs in consultation with the CEO.
- Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee contract administration processes.
- Ensure quality of work is maintained and building standards are met.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope changes and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in real estate development and project management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.
- Knowledge of real estate regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Risk management and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: As per the Company Scale.
