We are looking for a dynamic team player to take on the role of Project Manager. We are seeking an energetic team player who can contribute their expertise and is eager to learn from industry professionals.
Responsibilities and Requirements
1.Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and implement weekly operational work plans in collaboration with project staff, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Design comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
2.Monitoring & Evaluation
- Conduct weekly progress reviews of project activities and adjust plans as needed.
- Monitor project indicators and outcomes against log frames, ensuring adherence to targets.
- Process and submit timely project reports to stakeholders.
3.Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, health facilities, and community partners.
- Provide technical assistance and backstopping support to health facilities to enhance service delivery.
4.Capacity Building
- Organize and facilitate training programs and induction courses for health staff to improve skills and project implementation.
5.Quality Assurance
- Oversee project implementation to ensure activities are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- MD/MPH, MSC in Project Management
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders with diverse background
- Project management certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- 3 - 5 years or more working experience
