Job Summary
The Quality Specialist ensures that all restaurant partners, riders, hubs, and fleet equipment meet Klik’s health, operational, and professional standards. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality food preparation, packaging, vendor performance, rider behavior, and fleet management to enable safe, efficient, and reliable deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor visits and mystery audits in case of duplicate incidents (cancellation, decline)
- Assess packaging quality, food handling, and preparation time accuracy
- Evaluate vendor familiarity with Klik systems, app, and tablet usage
- Follow up with vendors on quality standards and implement corrective actions
- Report vendor performance for corrective action and follow-up implementation
- Support and coordinate with BD team and vendors to fill operational gaps
- Visit restaurants on schedule and conduct inspections
- Conduct hub spot-checks for cleanliness, branding, and rider presence
- Observe rider behavior including uniform, bag condition, and phone usage
- Inspect fleet equipment such as battery stations, thermal bags, and bikes
- Report non-compliance to Fleet Operations for retraining
- Track rider performance trends and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, QA, Management, Marketing, Fleet or Logistics Management, or related field
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify root causes
- Understanding of KPIs and performance monitoring
- Comfortable working in the field (hubs, streets)
- Observant and detail-oriented
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a delivery or operations-focused company
