Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients
- Conduct site visits and sales presentations
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Present and promote properties
- Guide and assist clients in decision-making
- Maintain client relationships and meet sales goals
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Ethiopian real estate market
- Fluent in English and Amharic; other languages are a plus
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
