VERY URGENT POSITION
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for coordinating between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Oversee and manage digital registration and documentation processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Represent the organization professionally at the front office and ensure smooth daily operations
- Facilitate communication and follow-ups for ongoing partnerships and client engagements
- Support organizational workflows through proactive liaison and structured coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or coordination roles in a medical center (Preferable)
- English Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
