Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for supporting retail sales operations by promoting company products, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to business growth. The role involves assisting customers, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining product visibility, and ensuring excellent customer service while developing knowledge of the FMCG and distribution industry.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience. Internship experience or university fieldwork in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English.
- High motivation to build a career in sales.
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously develop professionally.
