Job Summary
Our company, Mela Express Delivery, is a full-time delivery and logistics company operating over 15 destinations in the country. Mela is an Ethiopian Airlines award-winning courier company.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Leader to oversee and guide our company sales team.
The candidate should have a proven B2B experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support company objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate customers.
- Negotiate prices and close deals.
- Coordinate the sales team.
- Follow the company's social media presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- 2 years and above experience in marketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
