Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential users
- Conduct outreach to promote platform adoption
- Build strong relationships with onboarded users
Pipeline Growth & Onboarding (Core Responsibilities)
- Generate qualified leads
- Conduct onboardings
- Provide product demonstrations
- Ensure customer success
Client Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Perform regular follow-ups to ensure successful activation and retention
- Collect and document feedback from users
- Update internal trackers and maintain complete outreach records
