Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential users
• Conduct outreach to promote platform adoption
• Build strong relationships with onboarded users

Pipeline Growth & Onboarding (Core Responsibilities)

• Generate qualified leads
• Conduct onboardings
• Provide product demonstrations
• Ensure customer success

Client Follow-up & Relationship Management

• Perform regular follow-ups to ensure successful activation and retention
• Collect and document feedback from users
• Update internal trackers and maintain complete outreach records
