Sinopia works in a multitude of sectors, providing water and power-related solutions, office solutions, and lab solutions while exporting high-quality Ethiopian Arabica Coffee globally.
Currently, we are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of our Water and Power Solutions (WPS) Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar and electric water pump systems, be capable of preparing technical proposals and tender documents, and assist in managing sales team activities and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and following up on sales proposals, technical offers, and tender submissions.
- Support the sales team by handling pump sizing, system design support, and product selection based on client requirements.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, customer database, and opportunity tracking using ERP tools and reports.
- Communicate with clients for document collection, initial follow-up, and clarifying technical or commercial requirements.
- Monitor tender portals, prepare bid summaries, and track deadlines for submission and compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal tracking and review meetings.
- Maintain organized documentation for all sales-related activities, including RFQs, quotations, and site visit reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- BSc in Water, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in solar/electric water pump systems
- Strong understanding of pump sizing and basic system design
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for projects
- Good communication and coordination skills; team-oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
