The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers. This role will involve both indoor and outdoor activities, including customer visits, product demonstrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, both on-site and remotely.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical issues.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, specifications, and industry trends.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other outdoor promotional activities.
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other outdoor promotional activities
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and outdoor activities.
