What We’re Looking For
Black Rock Solutions PLC is hiring a sales expert with real experience in the study abroad space — someone who’s worked in educational consulting or a related field. If you know how to turn interest into applications, understand what students and parents need, and can confidently guide clients through study abroad options for the USA, Canada, UAE, and China, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Sell study abroad programs and meet monthly targets
- Manage both walk-in and scheduled appointments
- Handle sales calls with professionalism and confidence
- Use Monday.com to track leads, follow-ups, and reports (we use this as our only CRM)
- Present clearly and close deals with clients
- Update KPIs and report your performance regularly
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in sales, preferably in study abroad or education consulting
- Strong knowledge of programs and processes for USA, Canada, UAE, and China
- Solid experience using Monday.com
- Great phone, follow-up, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and result-focused
