Key Responsibilities
- Lead field-based activities focused on acquiring new Equbtegna members through direct marketing and community engagement.
- Conduct door-to-door recruitment and direct selling to onboard new members.
- Achieve monthly targets for member registration and contribution collection.
- Follow up on due and overdue payments to ensure timely collection and proper documentation.
- Accurately collect, record, and report member contributions.
- Conduct assessments and verification of lottery winners as required.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to members.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to improve acquisition and collection strategies.
- Serve as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) representative when members visit the office by providing information, handling inquiries, and supporting payment and registration processes.
- Handle member complaints and payment-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit regular field and performance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in an Equb platform, fintech company, or related sector.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in fieldwork and door-to-door activities.
- Presentable, confident, and able to engage professionally with clients.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand the Equb business platform.
- Proactive, result-driven, and strongly customer-focused.
