Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and procurement. The Store Manager ensures smooth functioning of the store, accurate stock control, and timely fulfillment of departmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and manage store staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular audits, stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory, staff performance, and operational metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma/degree or equivalent in management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration / Management, Operations Management, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Procurement and Materials Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store management or inventory control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
