Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to manage and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The role focuses on building a positive workplace culture, ensuring effective HR policies, and supporting organizational goals through people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
- Support training and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Prepare HR reports and support management decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in HR or related roles
