Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure proper storage of materials, and maintain accurate records. The role requires responsibility for stock control, the timely issue of materials, and coordination with procurement and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store goods properly, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
- Issue materials to departments based on requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store area.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, shortages, and surplus items.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma/ Certificate or equivalent Level in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management....
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a storekeeper or inventory controller.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock control systems.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/inventory software).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
