Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Officer who will actively promote and sell our Corporate Credit Packages and Clinical Referral Programs, while contributing to our overall marketing and client acquisition activities.

This is an exciting role for a self-motivated and people-oriented professional who thrives in creating partnerships, building trust, and driving meaningful business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate partners, including companies, NGOs, and institutions.
  • Present and sell our Corporate Credit Packages and Clinical Referral Partnership Programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, wellness coordinators, and medical practitioners.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, wellness events, exhibitions, and outreach activities.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand strategy and communication.
  • Gather market feedback and insights to improve program offerings and outreach effectiveness.

Employment Type: Part time with once a week reporting at head office

Reports to: Business Development and Marketing Director

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or client relations (healthcare, insurance, or wellness industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping people live better lives.
