Position Overview
We are looking for 3 bright, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Specialists to be part of the team at our new Bole Michael branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about sales and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers in selecting eyewear and optical products that match their needs and style.
- Offer expert advice on lenses, frames, and accessories.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper records.
- Keep the store clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Strive to meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
- Stay up to date with current eyewear trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience (optical or retail experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales ability and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and meet performance goals.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Amharic, English to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
