Location: Sun Optics Optometry Eye Clinic – Bole Michael Branch and 22 branch

Position Overview

We are looking for 3 bright, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Specialists to be part of the team at our new Bole Michael branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about sales and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers in selecting eyewear and optical products that match their needs and style.
• Offer expert advice on lenses, frames, and accessories.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and current promotions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper records.
• Keep the store clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Strive to meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
• Stay up to date with current eyewear trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience (optical or retail experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven sales ability and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and meet performance goals.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Amharic, English to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
