Role Summary
This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in sales and business development. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging potential customers, presenting products or services, and supporting the company’s sales growth through effective communication, persuasion, and customer relationship building. Full training and support will be provided.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution
- No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High discipline, accountability, and strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced sales environment
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality

- Sales and persuasion skills with ability to influence customer decisions
- Customer relationship management and follow-up
- Basic negotiation and closing ability
- Teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under targets and performance-based environments
