Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating new business opportunities
- Managing customer relationships
- Driving sales growth for our Bulk SMS and VoIP services
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell our Bulk SMS and VoIP services to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Bulk SMS and VoIP services and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus.
