Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our delivery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.

2. Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

4. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market demands.

5. Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Zero years of experience (preferably fresh graduates)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
