Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team and provide essential administrative support. The Secretary will be responsible for:

  • Managing communications (phone calls, emails, and correspondence)
  • Coordinating meetings (scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes)
  • Maintaining organized records (filing, databases, and office supplies)
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Arranging travel and managing documents

Educational Background:

  • 10+3 or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Management, or a related discipline

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of support services
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Afan Oromo and Amharic
