Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team and provide essential administrative support. The Secretary will be responsible for:
- Managing communications (phone calls, emails, and correspondence)
- Coordinating meetings (scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes)
- Maintaining organized records (filing, databases, and office supplies)
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Arranging travel and managing documents

Educational Background:
- 10+3 or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Management, or a related discipline
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Comprehensive understanding of support services
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Afan Oromo and Amharic
