On behalf of our client, a growing importer and retailer, our recruitment team is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Shop Sales candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in finding products
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Handle cash and POS transactions are accurate
- Maintain shop cleanliness and product display
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets
- Support stock management and inventory checks
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree graduates are preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A basic knowledge of handling cash and POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- High level of honesty and customer care attitude
Note: Those who leave around Gofa will be preferred
