Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Prepare disbursements with proper documentation & requirements
- Strictly follow up on settlements of advance payments, purchases & other transactions
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
- Handle tax reporting and filing
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
- Oversee other general accounting operations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Communicate effectively with farm/site staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience in the coffee industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
