Sr. Business Development Specialist (BDS)

Summary

On behalf of our client, a well-established law firm with over 20 years of experience handling corporate cases and working with foreign investors, GeezJobs Recruitment Department is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to support the firm’s growth and strategic market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute target market strategies to expand the firm’s corporate client base
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
• Lead business development initiatives and client acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and institutional partners
• Represent the firm in professional events, conferences, and networking platforms
• Manage relationships with rating agencies and industry bodies
• Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and tender documents
• Conduct market studies to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development with legal services
• Monitor market trends and recommend growth strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Master of Laws (LLM) is required
• Senior-level (5-10 years) experience in business development, preferably in legal or corporate environments
• Strong understanding of corporate market dynamics and professional services
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in proposal writing and bid management
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical, strategic thinker with strong research capabilities
• Professional, confident, and results-driven
