Job Summary
PIB PLC is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Export Documentation Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with coffee export requirements, and supporting smooth international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation related to coffee shipments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documents in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate export processes.
- Maintain proper records of export transactions and documentation.
- Support timely processing of export activities and resolve documentation issues when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience as an Export Documentation Officer, specifically in coffee export.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Email communication.
