Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Electrical Engineer I is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing electrical engineering activities related to company facilities, machinery, and automotive systems. The role ensures reliable electrical operations, preventive maintenance, system improvements, and compliance with safety and technical standards while supporting overall business efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field from a recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in electrical systems, industrial maintenance, automotive systems, or similar technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, inspect, and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of machinery, generators, panels, and automotive electrical systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor implementation.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and system performance analysis.
• Lead junior engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Support energy efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments on technical projects and operational needs.
